The efficient functioning of FedEx warehouse operations is reliant upon the Warehouse Coordinator. Their role is integral to managing goods movements, storage, and dispatches, which involve loading and unloading shipments, sorting packages, and ensuring accurate documentation and storage. Their support ensures timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Coordinator:

• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Prepare packages for shipment by labeling, sealing, and securing them.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

Qualifications of Warehouse Coordinator:

• Obtaining a high school diploma or its equivalent is a prerequisite for pursuing certain vocational and trade programs.
• Competence in handling and moving packages up to 50 lbs in mass.
• Having a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
• Competence in utilizing computers and a working knowledge of warehouse management systems are necessary for this job.
